Southwest Georgia Farm Credit announces Jordan Gilbert as Mortgage Originator
Southwest Georgia Farm Credit is pleased to announce that Jordan Gilbert has been named a Mortgage Loan Originator.
Ms. Gilbert, who joined the association in 2017, will help clients navigate the home financing process, including the origination of residential mortgages for purchase and home refinance. She will assist new home buyers and U.S. Veterans with conventional, FHA and VHA loans.
“There is nothing more satisfying than seeing a happy customer find a home they love and can grow their family in,” Gilbert said. “Whether I’m helping a first time home buyer or a current home owner, I enjoy walking my customers through the steps of the mortgage process. I believe everyone’s story starts at home and I look forward to providing simple and easy financing to get them there.”
Gilbert, who previously served the association as a Senior Marketing Coordinator, has extensive sales and customer service experience.
“Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge about the local housing market, as well as how Farm Credit’s home loans can help home buyers with an easy, streamlined home financing process,” said Liz Nogowski, Chief Marketing Officer at Southwest Georgia Farm Credit. “Jordan is the kind of person I would want to work with—knowledgeable about loan products, skilled in the process, and very communicative—everything you want and need when you’re getting a home loan or refinancing.”
Gilbert serves on the Bainbridge-Decatur County Chamber of Commerce Ag Committee. Born and raised in Decatur County, Gilbert continues to live in Bainbridge with her husband, Taylor, and son, Coy.
